I find the staff courteous. They addressed a room change request with promptness. The concierge provided invaluable support regarding tickets. They aided with a medical device.
I did notice minimal water pressure during peak times. This was not a major inconvenience.

The breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options.
The room I was assigned was not as expected it seemed somewhat basic for the price I paid. Furniture looked rather cheap and I observed marks on the walls. There was also no towel dryer.

the location was amazing.
The breakfast was a real letdown. I asked for beans on toast, and the portion was ridiculously small. i got one slice of toast with a tablespoon of beans and it was stone cold. i had to get food elsewhere afterwards and pay again.

I found a few details lacking. there was a lack of storage space in the bathroom. Only a small shelf was available. the light in the hall was bright and on all night. i found it difficult to sleep.
